This unit can sleep 10 people. The main bedroom has a large king bed, a private bathroom, a TV, and a balcony. Two extra bedrooms, one features two queen beds, full-size closet, and flat-screen TV, while the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and full size closet.

At Phoenix East II, staying in is just as enjoyable as going out. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this modern kitchen with granite countertops. The cook can chat with friends and family in the open kitchen, making it easy to share private moments while cooking. 

The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The dining area seats 6 with two additional stools at the breakfast bar.

    We just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much we enjoy staying at your condo. As you know, it is always our go to spot in Orange Beach and have stayed there many times throughout the years. We consider it our home away from home, to unwind, refresh and restart! On our most recent visit, we invited our friends from NYC to join us. Our northern friends could not get enough (be looking for them to come down and rent your condo on their own). They went on and on about their stay and reminded us of the things we take for granted, such as: the lay out of the condo, the sunrise view and the evening calm from the balcony, the indoor pool, the location, location, location! So close to great restaurant, live music and shopping. I could go on and on.

    This unit has it all. The location is central to everything. It is on the beach and overlooking the pass. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable too! The site, grounds, pool, hot tub and exercise room were all well maintained and easily accessed. We even got to see the Blue Angels do a "Fly By".

    Our vacations at Connie’s condo always meets our expectations. The unit is clean and very spacious. We have a family of six and everyone sleeps comfortably. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo are clear and concise. Watching the boats come in and out of the bay is always an enjoyable thing to do while staying in this unit. Our kids enjoy walking down the beach and fishing from the sand and jetties. The view of the ocean from the balcony is outstanding and the condo grounds are always well maintained. Other guests and owners that we encounter at the complex are always friendly. We have been booking this condo since our kids were babies and it feels like home to us. The condo's location is superb and close to many fantastic food establishments.
